After listening to your feedback and feeling the collective energy of our local yoga community, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve found the perfect new home for our indoor yoga sessions. Starting September 21, you’ll now have the option to practice yoga either outdoors by the beach or in our brand-new indoor location at Pilates Funcional Manuela, conveniently located on Calle San Antonio near Calle Terraza, right in the heart of Estepona. I know many of you love practicing yoga outdoors with the sound of the waves and the sun on your skin, but now you’ll also have the cozy indoor option for those days when you want a little extra comfort and focus in your flow. Whether it’s the fresh ocean air or the inviting energy of our new studio space, there’s a perfect setting for everyone.
