Introducing Prenatal Yoga in Estepona

Prenatal Yoga is a specialized type of yoga class specially designed for pregnant moms (or women who are getting ready to be pregnant.) Combined with the changing body, the excitement, anxiety and the possible mental stress, it is imperative to have a class dedicated to this special demographic, who are looking forward to the next few months of their pregnancy journey.
Practicing Prenatal Yoga includes the following benefits:
Prepares the body for childbirth and reduces discomfort from pregnancy
Increases flexibility and promotes better posture
Enhances circulation and blood pressure control

Over the course of six weeks, we will cover the following: Pranayama, revitalizing stretches, prenatal flows, pelvic floor exercises, restorative poses and meditation. You will come out of the course empowered in your pregnancy journey and armed with the techniques to handle the physical and mental challenges of pregnancy.
This special course will be held over the course of six weeks during Fridays at 6pm. The dates are Sept. 27, Oct. 4, 11, 18, 25 and Nov. 1.
