Introducing Prenatal Yoga in Estepona

Prenatal Yoga is a specialized type of yoga class specially designed for pregnant moms (or women who are getting ready to be pregnant.) Combined with the changing body, the excitement, anxiety and the possible mental stress, it is imperative to have a class dedicated to this special demographic, who are looking forward to the next few months of their pregnancy journey.


Practicing Prenatal Yoga includes the following benefits:

  • Prepares the body for childbirth and reduces discomfort from pregnancy

  • Increases flexibility and promotes better posture

  • Enhances circulation and blood pressure control

  • Manages stress and aids in better sleep
