Return Policy for Zohm Products


Zinzi-Yoga and Zohm hope that you love your new goods!

However, if you changed your mind or no longer want your item, we have an easy 15 days return policy for your peace of mind.

  • All products must be unwashed and unused with original packaging and will be subject to inspection.

  • Returns allowed within 15 days from the delivery date..

  • No refunds will be accepted after 15 days.

  • All original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

  • You must also be able to provide proof of purchase, for example your order number and date of purchase.

  • If any of the above conditions are not met, we may not be able to provide you a refund.

Please note that we will refund the full cost of the returned item, minus any promotional code which were used in the order.

After receiving your request, we will study your case and give you more information on how to proceed

Please note:

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery, and you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. To allow for any items lost in transit, we recommend that you send all of your returns via registered post.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take about 7 business days to process. After your return has passed successfully the inspection process, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
